Honoring Veterans
Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 172 recently donated framed prints of Lee Teter’s “Refections” to local representatives of the military at the Armed Forces Recruiting Office on National Highway in LaVale. The prints were presented as a way of honoring men and women who serve their country in the armed forces. From left are U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Eric Muir and Pvt. David Rizer, Chapter 172 President Bob Cook, Marine Corps marketing and public affairs chief Sgt. Athanasios Genos and Air Force Senior Airman Jane Allain. Navy Yeoman 1st Class Emily Sanford, who was unable to attend, also received a print.
