A local nursing home has had 0 cases of covoid in last week 3 residents have died and 23 more positive. Nobody except employees and delivery had had access since March. I grew up in the 40s, 1940s, and quarantine signs were commonly seen around the neighborhood. We survived the epidemics then, and we’ll survuve this one if we take precautions as well. The best gift for people this holiday season is duct tape and no fingers for typing on social media. I don’t have any family who live with me. So basically this says spend Christmas alone and forgive me if that doesn’t exactly settle well. I had a friend visit Orlando and DW because they didn’t want to disappoint their kids. Dad wasn’t at work Monday because along with the toys and memories they brought home Corona, and not the beer. They took all precautions too. Everyone should stop trying to tell each other what to do. Everything’s been said on both sides and everyone has made up their minds. One more wash your hands post isn’t going to change anything. And what should we wear for our virtual Christmas CDC? Glad we have you, I wouldn’t know what to do with myself everyday. If this country has enough PPE then let people visit loved ones in the nursing homes and inpatient rehab places that have not seen any other people since March. Will be enjoying the holidays with my kids, their significant others and my grandson. We all take precautions daily. Merry Christmas all! So better mail those gifts now or you won’t have anything to open for those virtial gift exchanges on zoom. I don’t know but that doesn’t seem as fun. However I have only seen my elderly parents once since this COVID stuff started, so I get it. Have been texting back n forth w family all morning about the rules and procedures for our virtual White Elephant exchange! I can taste that virtual Prime rib already, We are going on per the usual. If CDC and all the left got it the way they wanted no one would have left their house since March. Seriously folks not that serious as it has been aroumd since last fall it out didnt become a thing till election year. Notice how they never use images of real people. They do this on purpose.
