Live and let die. And another one with Roger M.. Watched License to Kill today. As sort of a Bond newbie this was the only one I hadn’t seen. I heard this was one of the more “different” Bonds but I enjoyed it. Anyone else?. Reuben Ramaglia. probably Goldeneye, Diamonds are Forever and The Spy Who Loved Me but it’s so hard to choose!. All the movies staring Roger Moore and Sean connery.. All, and all. Each story had an partucular flavor.. Dr. No, Goldeneye, Casino Royale — Why? Because they each set the tone for the role for the ‘new’ James Bond actor.. Bouvier was not only smart, tough and capable. She added a refreshing, American sass seldom seen before (and sadly since) in Bond girls. Understandably, some audiences were put off by the surge of violence. However, if one gets past the occasional nastiness, LTK is still a swaggering ride. Perhaps those used to Roger Moore (nothing against him) were expecting another lighthearted romp with little sense of real menace. LTK, despite moments of wit and comedy, is a tough, mean, legitimate action thriller with an underrated heroine . Eric Cruz. She looked so different a few years later when she played Jamie Ross on Law & Order. Del Toro played the creepy henchman so well in this.. My opinion I think Connery or Bronson would have been Better !!. Still don’t get how you pull a knife in a gunfight. Nobody saw the shotgun ? The fight should’ve been over before it started !
