The value of good, healthy food is so overlooked in society sometimes. . Love this story! We need more healthy cooking and less medical bills. It’s hard, but life changing!. BRB running to the store for almonds, coconut flakes and mango purée . I noticed in another clip that she said she was living on cigarettes. Did she stop that as well? That’s a huge contributor to childhood respiratory issues, even if you aren’t smoking near them.. It’s amazing how many people don’t realize the importance of REAL food but it’s awesome she not only figured it out and her daughters started getting healthier but that she realized she had a passion for cooking and helping people.. I never understood when people say processed food is cheaper than healthy food. A bag of potatoes was 1.50 when I grew up, and a bag of potatoe chips 1.60. All the families I know that grew up poor like me ate healthy diets, because they could not afford the sugar pastries and whatnot. Puzzles me everytime Cycling sometimes I look back on my life poster

A story disparaging of the incredible power of modern medicine doesn’t seem to be the correct story for this particular moment in history… honestly I’m disappointed HONY.. Love this sooo much! Farmacy over pharmacy! I also healed myself of an autoimmune disease through proper nutrition. . Please tell me there’s a site to find your recipes or that you’re going to have a recipe book!! I’m so excited for the rest of this story!!!. These recipes all look so tasty. Wish they weren’t all so reliant on coconut because Im allergic. And it’s so sweet of her to share them. . I would buy a cookbook, it’s hard to find good food when you have autoimmune issues.. This is great and I’m happy for her, but it’s important to keep in mind that food/diet changes is not *always* a replacement for modern medicine. Both holistic approaches and pills can have a place in our health care, and absolutely depends on the person what kind of reaction they have. No, I’m not fun at parties, I just worry about people on the internet seeing her as advocating this cure all and unfortunately it’s not always like that.
